Free tracked shipping is included with every Best Prints Co. order. We currently cannot deliver to PO boxes or military addresses, so please provide a complete residential or business street address.
Made-to-order production
Best Prints Co. products are made to order. Production and preparation normally take 2–5 business days before dispatch.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed after dispatch and no later than 7 days after the order is placed. International parcels are carried by established tracked logistics partners, and a local postal or delivery company normally completes the final mile.

For our primary United States and European Union markets, transit is typically estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch. Product pages may show an estimated order-to-delivery date range based on 2–5 business days of production plus estimated transit time.
All dates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, carrier delays, local holidays, severe weather, an incomplete address or an unsuccessful delivery attempt can affect arrival.
Duties and import taxes prepaid (DDP)
Eligible orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, all European Union countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Russia are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Best Prints Co. pays eligible import duties and import taxes before delivery, so no eligible import duty or import tax should be due when the parcel arrives.
DDP does not mean that a parcel bypasses customs. Normal customs processing or inspection can still occur. Local sales tax displayed during checkout is separate from import duties and import taxes.
If a carrier requests an unexpected import charge for a DDP-covered order, please contact Best Prints Co. before paying it. Best Prints Co. will review and cover eligible import charges.
Destinations outside DDP coverage
Free tracked shipping remains available worldwide. When duties-prepaid coverage is not displayed for the selected destination, local customs authorities may assess import duties or taxes.
Order changes and cancellation
Please contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change or cancel an order. After 12 hours, made-to-order production begins and the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.

DDP coverage applies to eligible orders sent to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, European Union countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Russia.
DDP does not bypass customs. Normal inspection and processing can still occur, and checkout sales tax is separate from import duties.
