Return and Refund Policy
This plain-language overview explains the request process. The published Refund Policy remains the controlling source for eligibility and outcomes.
Eligible return requests
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. An eligible item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Written approval is required before return.
One approved size exchange
One size exchange may be approved per order. The customer pays return shipping; Best Prints Co. covers standard shipping for the replacement.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report a damaged, misprinted or incorrect item within 3 days of delivery and include clear photo or video evidence.
Because products are made to order, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. Eligibility is reviewed under the Refund Policy and applicable law. Do not send an item before receiving written return instructions.
Approved outcomes
After review, an approved case may be resolved by replacement, reproduction or refund as described in the Refund Policy and required by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
